Mother Sweatshirt (current)
Etienne Aigner Bag (ancient)
Jack Wills Jeans (old)
Converse (still current)

Monday running around outfit. You wouldn't know it but I had some some secateurs in my bag to snaffle some pretty foliage off the trees along the lane.

Who'd have thought eh?

  1. Sue, I'm loving your photo-output lately, both on here and on Instagram. It's also really cute to see your young men...I hope one day I'll have a little ragtag crew like yours.

    1. Thank you Kristina. I'm trying harder to do the OOTD pics but the style challenge pic a day is helping me on Instagram to keep the momentum going.

And I don't doubt you'll have your own rag tag crew at some point - you''ve got years yet! Make the most of it.

    1. Well on Monday it was really quite nice. Tuesday - brrrr! And today I put the big guns Parka on for the morning school run. I really thought it had done it's stint for this year so far but obviously not.

      And luckily I wasn't arrested :)

    1. I'd love to be your style twin Frances! I think it's quite funny actually - you're all blonde and colourful and I am dark and wear sludge colours. And yet somehow we still manage to have some of the same things.

    1. Thanks Keri. George wears his tee well doesn't he? I was quite pleased how that came out.

    1. Sometimes I don't have that much to say and so I don't blog. But a one-liner - I can manage that much at least ... and a photo :)

    1. I did indeed! I only wanted a couple of branches and I don't like to break the branches or anything so I thought the kindest thing was to "snip" them properly. No damage done.

    1. Ha ha. It's not something I do every day but I needed a couple of branches for something so a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

  9. Looking good Mrs! I finally made a decision, and went for the grey sweatshirt with khaki lettering, which arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it - not bad going! My grandma never went anywhere without a Tesco carrier and a pair of secateurs in her bag. I'm sure her garden was mainly stocked by the National Trust!! xx

    1. You got one! And will we be seeing you in it soon? Is it a keeper? And I'm glad to hear about your grandma - makes me feel less like a leaf thief.

    2. Definitely a keeper! It already had its debut, my kids weren't quite as good at posing for selfies as yours are though :-D xx

    1. That old Etienne Aigner bag is one my sister was hoarding from years ago. She bought it when I was quite small but I remember her buying it as she saved up for it and she kept it in the dust bag and tucked away for years. Infact I don't ever remember seeing her use it. A couple of years ago, I had a hankering for a red bag and asked if my sister still had it and she did and it came to live with me. At least it gets an outing with me even if it's so I can use it to go out pilfering foliage ;o)
